This everything bagel seasoning keto egg salad is sure to be a hit with you and with the family. It goes together easily, can be ready in less than 30 minutes, and tastes great. It’s a perfect lunch or dinner for days when you don’t have a lot of time, and can be an easy meal for when you just don’t feel like spending a lot of time in the kitchen.

This recipe can be made ahead to have for meals over the next few days. I actually think it tastes better after it’s had some time to meld flavors in the fridge, so I recommend making it the day before or give yourself time to chill it for a few hours. If you don’t have the time or don’t want to wait, it’s still great right after you make it!

This egg salad recipe has a little bit of jalapeno mixed into it to give it just a hint of spice and to add in some jalapeno flavor. It isn’t a spicy recipe, but you can leave out the jalapeno pepper if you would prefer.

My personal favorite is the egg salad sandwich. Toast up a few pieces of a good healthy bread and load it up with this everything bagel egg salad. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a lunch or a light dinner.

With Crackers or Celery Sticks

Another great way to enjoy this keto egg salad is with crackers (low carb crackers) and/or celery sticks. Dish up some into a bowl and eat with dippers. It’s a great way to keep this recipe low carb or just a way to change it up from sandwiches.

Eat it with a Spoon

This recipe for everything bagel seasoning egg salad is so good, you can just dish some out into a bowl and eat it with a spoon. Seriously, it’s that good.

  • 8 hard boiled eggs
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ⅓ Cup mayonnaise
  • 4 medium dill pickles, chopped
  • 12 jalapenos, seeded for a milder flavor or unseeded for a spicier flavor
  • 3 Tbsp whole grain or stone ground mustard
  • ¼ Cup everything bagel seasoning with a kick
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Pinch of pepper


Hard Boiled Eggs

  1. Put eggs in a saucepan and cover by 2 inches with water. Add salt to water. Bring to boil.
  2. Once boiling remove from heat, cover, and leave on burner for 12 minutes. Prep remaining ingredients at this time.
  3. Drain and then run cold water over eggs to cool. Or you can transfer eggs with a slotted spoon to a bowl of ice water.
  4. Peel eggs (I think it’s easier to peel the eggs when they are still slightly warm).
  5. Chop eggs and add to bowl.

Egg Salad

  1. While eggs are cooking, Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Once eggs are peeled and chopped add them to bowl and stir again to combine.
  3. Refrigerate to cool mixture before serving.
  4. Serve on bread for a sandwich, in a bowl with crackers and celery for dipping, or just in a bowl and enjoy it with a spoon!


Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and eat within 2-3 days.
