Fruit salads are a way to get in great fruit servings with meals, and they can be made even more delicious with the addition of simple fruit salad dressings.
Now I know that creamy fruit salads are very popular, but they’ve never been a big thing for me. I prefer simpler dressings of fruit juice and maybe a bit of sweetener. It brightens up the flavors and adds in some extra flavor but still really lets the fruit flavors be the star of the dish.
I decided to spice up the dressing for this recipe and to add in some sriracha for a bit of a kick. This easy fruit salad dressing is great for fruit side dishes and goes perfectly with this easy summer fruit salad! The sriracha mixed in with the honey and the orange juice creates a delicious topping for summer fruit with just a hint of some spice at the end.

Let’s make an easy fruit side dish!
Start by washing and prepping all of your fruit, if you haven’t already done so. Remove the pits from your peaches and chop into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stems from your strawberries and chop them up. Check for and remove any stems on your blueberries.
I highly recommend investing in a good ceramic knife to chop fruits and vegetables. We bought a set of Kyocera ceramic knives, and use them all the time. They are easy to work with, stay very sharp, and as a bonus produce that is chopped with a ceramic knife doesn’t brown anywhere near as fast as it does with a metal knife!
Add all of your fruit into a serving bowl.
Squeeze your orange juice into a bowl or a half pint mason jar (link) and add in your honey and sriracha. Stir the dressing to combine, or you can put a lid on your jar and just shake it up.
If you are eating your sweet and spicy fruit salad right away, dress your fruit and stir it all up and serve! If you aren’t going to be eating it right away, I recommend waiting to dress the fruit salad until right befo
