A tropical, healthy twist on the classic orange creamsicle flavors!
- 3 large navel oranges, peeled
- 2 C frozen pineapple
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- 2 Tbsp goji berries
- 1 C Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk (in the carton, such as SO Delicious Coconut Milk)
- Blend and enjoy!
- If you don’t have a high-speed blender, you may want to soak the goji berries before blending. We recommend prepping the smoothie in the blender, with the goji berries covered by the nut milk, and leaving it in the fridge overnight!
- While coconut milk from a can would work in this smoothie, we highly recommend going for a coconut milk from the carton, such as from SO Delicious. This is also tasty with unsweetened vanilla almond milk if you’d rather go that route.
