Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 Cup oats (use gluten free oats to make this recipe gluten free)
  • 6 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp chopped roasted and salted peanuts
  • 3 Tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/41/2 tsp salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to bowl.
  2. Stir until combined. (or mixed with hands)
  3. Form into 1 1/2″ cookies.
  4. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If the cookies seem sticky, chill them in the fridge for 30 minutes or so. They will firm up as they chill.
