Skinny Summer Strawberry Mojito

  • 6 oz club soda
  • 1 ½ oz White Rum
  • 4 Large Strawberries
  • 1/2 lime, cut into small wedges
  • 10 medium mint leaves
  • 68 stevia drops, to taste, about a scant ⅛ tsp**


  1. Muddle mint, limes, and strawberries together in glass.
  2. Fill glass almost to top with ice cubes.
  3. Pour Rum over.
  4. Add club soda.
  5. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Mix in stevia drops to taste
