Enjoy a simple savory nut mix snack with this Garlic Herb Nut Mix recipe! It’s healthy, low carb, and couldn’t be easier!
Ingredients

- 2 Cups raw mixed nuts (I recommend cashews, peanuts, and almonds)
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp garlic herb seasoning blend (Mrs. Dash Seasoning, Mrs. Dash Seasoning, or like)
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300F
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl or Ziploc bag. I recommend a Ziploc for ease of mixing and cleanup
- Mix until combined.
- Spread mix out evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake 25-30 minutes in the oven until nuts are toasted and fragrant. Cashews should turn a golden brown and peanuts may darken slightly in color.
- Remove from baking sheet to a bowl or airtight storage container and let cool.
