Description

Check out this delicious BBQ Almonds recipe! Sweet, Smoky, Spiced, and perfectly roasted, these simple treats are great for snacks, parties, and more.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¾ tsp cayenne
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 Cup whole almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper (this makes cleanup much easier!).
  3. Mix chili powder, paprika, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, maple syrup, and liquid smoke together in a Ziploc bag or container. Add almonds, seal bag/container, and mix until coated.
  4. Spread out almonds on lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 325F for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until almonds come out toasted and more crunchy than chewy.
  6. Transfer almonds to a plate or container to cool.
  7. Store leftover almonds in an airtight container.
